Article 4 Use of YouTube Videos

(1) As part of our online service we provide YouTube videos that are stored at http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. They all are embedded in the ‘enhanced data protection mode’, which means that no data about you as a user is transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you do play the videos, the data specified in Para. 2 will be transmitted. We have no influence over this data transfer.

In addition, the data specified in Article 3 of this privacy policy is transmitted. This happens irrespective of whether YouTube provides a user account you are logged into or there is no user account. If you are logged into your Google account, your data will be directly correlated with your account. You need to log out of your account prior to activating the button if you want to avoid the association with your profile at YouTube. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses these for advertising purposes, market research and/or demand-actuated design of its website. (1) Our web pages use so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. Article 7 Storage Period of Personal Data

The storage period of personal data follows the respective statutory retention period (e.g. retention periods according commercial and taxation law). After expiration of the retention period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of a contract and/or we have no further legitimate interest in its continued storage.
